The Miami Dolphins are being stripped of their first-round pick in the 2023 NFL draft, and their third-round pick in the 2024 NFL draft, as a result of the NFL’s investigation into tampering allegations against the team.
The investigation revealed that the Dolphins engaged in tampering with both Tom Brady and Sean Payton, with Brady being involved multiple times, during both his tenure with the New England Patriots and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
The Dolphins will still have one first-round pick in next year’s draft, due to a previous trade with the San Francisco 49ers.
