Dolly Parton's estate has accused her nephew of stringing barbed wire across his front porch and erecting a 'no trespassing' sign after three failed attempts to serve him with a lawsuit, according to a new court filing in Nashville.

The allegation, made by the company managing Parton's business interests, says a process server tried three times to deliver legal documents after the singer's death on 25 August.
