Cocoa prices Tuesday closed moderately lower as a stronger dollar spurred long liquidation in cocoa futures. Cocoa prices Tuesday fell back from Monday's highs when NY cocoa posted a 6-week nearest-futures high, and London cocoa climbed to a new all-time high.
