Dollar Strength Prompts Long Liquidation in Cocoa Futures

July ICE NY cocoa (CCN25) today is down -37 (-0.40%), and July ICE London cocoa #7 (CAN25) is down -61 (-0.91%).

Cocoa prices today gave up an early advance and turned lower after the dollar index (DXY00) rallied to a 3-1/2 week high, prompting some long liquidation pressure in cocoa futures after the Tue-Wed rally.
