Dolce Italia 2023 brings Italian fashion, beauty and décor to Bangkok

Dolce Italia 2023 runs until April 30 on the first floor of CentralWorld and Central Chidlom. A joint effort between the Embassy of Italy and the Italian Trade Agency in Thailand, the campaign showcases more than 50 premium Italian brands with items ranging from clothes, accessories, beauty products, home appliances and décor products.

Under the concept “The Party in Italian Garden”, customers can shop for high-quality made-in-Italy products while enjoying special promotions and gifts throughout the campaign. Attendees can also admire the beautiful Italian garden-inspired marketplace on the first floor of CentralWorld.

The grand opening of the campaign featured an exclusive fashion show and film by Thailand’s prominent fashion tastemaker Wannaporn "Duang" Poshyanonda. A-list celebrities and admirers of Italian brands such as Milin Yuvacharuskul, Sitthichok Plengpanich, Atima Himathongkam, Manvad Nakornthap were present. Sudhitham Chirathivat, chairman of the supervisory board of Central Group of Companies, Rvisra Chirathivat, chief marketing officer of Central Department Store Co Ltd under Central Retail, Stephane Jubert, brand communication director, Central Department Store Co Ltd under Central Retail, were also in attendance.

NEV3R (Mongkol "George" Ratanapakdee) and established painter Onnalin "On" Lojanagosin have created exclusive artworks on display at Dolce Italia. Based on “The Party In Italian Garden” concept, NEV3R created a cupid sculpture titled NEV3R - LOV3R. On created a diptych oil painting entitled End Of Spring, Beginning Of Summer. The piece is inspired by techniques and vision of J.M.W. Turner, the Industrial Revolution, Picasso’s cubism and collages, Willem de Kooning’s surrealism, as well as the styles of Peter Paul Rubens.

For the first time in Thailand, “Dolce Italia 2023” is offering five new fashion brands exclusive to Central. They are GCDS Kids, an Italian kidswear brand, SUÈI, an Italian everyday-luxury footwear brand, Lanzetti and Laboratorio Mariucci, a leather goods brand that utilises Italian traditional craftsmanship, and Beach Vibes, a beachwear brand from Milan.

Aside from shopping, promotions from different brands run during the entirety of the campaign. Sixty items from the new and exclusive Bialetti x Dolce & Gabbana limited collab are available for pre-order. Spend more than B10,000 on eligible fashion, beauty and home products and receive a limited Dolce Italia Puffer Bag (while supplies last). Join a portrait painting session on March 26 and April 2, 9 and 23. Various art workshops will be held on March 25, April 8 and April 29.

Update the latest fashion trends and shop quality Italian products while enjoying special privileges and fun activities at "Dolce Italia 2023”.
