The presale for Doja Cat's latest tour went on sale through Ticketmaster this morning and left some fans frustrated as they seemingly struggled to get their hands on tickets.
The rapper, 27, is set to embark on the Scarlet Tour later this year, and will visit cities in the US and Canada such as Los Angeles, Atlanta, Brooklyn and Toronto.
The upcoming tour - which features Ice Spice and Doechi as special guests in select cities - will launch on Halloween and is currently scheduled to conclude on December 13.
It's understood that fans were able to register for the presale last week and tickets have gone on sale today at 10am local venue time, prompting reaction on social media.
Although many fans are thrilled to have secured tickets to the upcoming tour, some people reported issues and expressed frustration over trying to get tickets.
One fan said: "These Doja Cat tickets really just stressed me out." Whilst another tweeted: "[That] presale was stressful as hell. My god. Floor tickets sold out immediately".
A third person commented about the experience: "Getting [the tickets] was a pain in my a** and they were SO EXPENSIVE". Another said: "[It] was unnecessarily difficult".
Others reported technical issues like 'being kicked out of the checkout'. One fan said: "I am unable to check out after numerous attempts and now I have to rejoin the queue."
Another said: "Every time I clicked on a ticket it kept saying someone else already got it. These tickets are selling FAST wtf". Another said: "Ya'll are p***ing me off. I have tried checking out [three times] and now I'm on my fourth try".
Another said: "They keep kicking me out the checkout. I'm p***ed." They later added: "I had the perfect tickets on the floor but I kept getting kicked out. Settled for a box seats not far behind [crying emoji]".
Some fans claimed they had issues with their presale codes. One tweeted: "Love that my @Ticketmaster code is listed as invalid for the Doja presale when I enter it! Y'all are foul!"
Whilst another person wrote on the platform earlier: "Y'all sent me a code for the Doja Cat presale, then told me it was invalid. I had to enter it 15 times before y'all accepted it."
Sharing their disappointment over apparent technical issues, one fan said: "Not this website giving me error responses every time trying to get tickets. I'm going to cry".
There were of course many fans who seemed thrilled over having got tickets through the presale earlier today, with some having taken to social media to share their excitement.
One person said: "So happy I secured @DojaCat tickets". Another said: "Got my [tickets]. I'm beyond happy". A third said: "Got tickets to see Doja Cat. Best early birthday gift".
Someone else tweeted: "I am so excited omg". Another person who said they got tickets wrote: "I am crying". Whilst one fan said: "Can't wait to see her with [my] bestie".
