A dog-sitter has had her licence revoked by the council after videos emerged of dogs being "kicked and hit" at the dog retreat she ran.
Amanda Le Bretton, who runs Home from Home Dog Retreat in Ellesmere Port has now had her licence revoked by Cheshire West and Chester Council. The decision comes after videos - believed to have been filmed at her dog retreat - showed multiple dogs being repeatedly "kicked and hit".
Le Bretton is no longer permitted to run a dog home boarding or day care business. When contacted by the ECHO, Le Bretton refused to comment.

Le Bretton still has an opportunity to appeal the decision to revoke the licence.
Cllr Karen Shore, council deputy leader and cabinet member for Environment, Highways and Strategic Transport at Cheshire West and Chester Council said “We take all complaints about our licensed animal boarding premises very seriously.
"We urge owners to always check that any home boarder they use is licensed by the Council as this ensures that regular checks are made on the business and that officers have the powers to fully investigate any allegations made.”
Any concerned dog owners who have used the services of Amanda Le Bretton or Home from Home Dog Retreat are asked to contact the Council at: regulatoryservices@cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk
The ECHO understands that an RSPCA investigation into the videos is ongoing.
