An abused dog with 'nasty' untreated wounds has been dumped on the street by its cruel owner.
The RSPCA has launched an appeal for information after the French bulldog was found in the in the Mynachdy area of Cardiff on July 15.
The dog's injuries were consistent with biting and include large areas of defect to the right forelimb, and exposed bone towards the wrist.
