An adorable dog has been abandoned on the streets with a bag full of toys and a heartbreaking note from her owner.
The dog, known as Baby Girl, was tied to a fire hydrant in Green Bay, Wisconsin, America, before being rescued by the Humane Society.
Although the animal rescue has not shared the owner's note, they explained how she wasn't able to meet her pet's needs due to the dog's and her own health concerns.
