Doctors stunned after a baby is born with a horn-like structure instead of legs

A baby has been born in India with a horn-like structure below its torso instead of legs.

The baby was born in Manpura Primary Health Center, in central India's Shivpuri district.

Doctors of the Primary Health Centre immediately referred the baby and the mother to the Shivpuri District Hospital.
