Doctor Who's David Tennant 'not that special' jokes Peter Davison at Wales Comic Con

Doctor Who's David Tennant and Peter Davison battled it out at the Wales Comic Con as one accused the other of being 'not that special'.

David and Peter, who both played the Time Lord in the BBC hit sci-fi series, are also related through David's wife Georgia - who happens to be Pete's daughter.

Despite their family connections, Peter decided to protest against his son-in-law after he appeared at the event in Telford.

Peter posted up a picture of himself at the back of the queue to meet David on daughter Georgia's Twitter.

He wrote: “Here I am protesting in front of the half mile queue for your husband” - #peterdavison #davidtennant #awkward @walescomiccon.

Peter Davison remained unimpressed by David Tennant's queue at Comic Con in Wales (Georgia Tennant)

On the placard he was holding, Peter had written: "He's not THAT special."

Fans loved the post with many saying they'd rather meet him than Scots born David.

One said: "Guarantee my daughter would be first in the queue to meet your dad again. Her love for him is boundless :)"

Another added: "But if you have one of the Doctor’s autographs doesn’t that mean you have every Doctor’s autograph."

Someone else said: "Your dad is My Doctor so I would be in his queue. Please let him know that. (Then I would be joining David’s Q after)."

And a fourth laughed: "So funny. Could Peter offer to help cut the queue time by taking the money for David - to be a good father in law - keep half himself and rubber stamp a David autograph for the tired end hot fans? Win Win!!"
