Doctor who filmed staff in toilets to face his victims

A junior doctor who secretly filmed staff in hospital toilets will come face-to-face with his victims after pleading guilty to 13 offences.

Ryan Yi Cho, 29, entered the pleas in Melbourne Magistrates Court on Thursday, with his case now uplifted to the Victorian County Court.
