I'm A Celebrity fans were left stunned after news broke on Monday that Love Island star Olivia Attwood has been forced to quit the show just 24 hours after arriving in the Australian jungle.

A spokesperson for the show confirmed: "As a precautionary measure, Olivia needed to leave the jungle to undergo some medical checks.

"Unfortunately, the medical team has advised it is not safe for Olivia to return to camp as there needs to be further investigation."
