The Birmingham office of global law firm DLA Piper has appointed a new managing partner. Noel Haywood has succeeded Trevor Ivory in the role following his three-year term who will now continue with his job as UK head of planning.
Mr Haywood was head of the Birmingham corporate team for eight years and has been leading the firm's consumer goods, food and retail sector as global co-chairman.
He is supporting the succession process to replace him in that role after which he will stand down to focus on his responsibilities as the new office managing partner.
