Britain is increasingly divided with perceived tensions over immigration rising to a new high and a growing number of people feeling trans rights have gone “too far”, according to a new poll.
Perceived tensions in the UK between immigrants and British-born people have reached record levels, according to the survey from King's College London (KCL) and pollsters IPSOS, which is said to show a "frightening increase in the sense of national division".
