Distraught mum of boy, six, battling rare childhood cancer asks Irish public to pray for her son after relapse

The distraught mother of a six-year-old boy, who is battling a rare form of childhood cancer, has asked the Irish public to pray for her
son after he suffered a relapse.

Nahyan Javed, from Navan, Co. Meath, is fighting Metastic Neuroblastoma, a high-risk stage four cancer which has a survival rate of
just 40%.

Last October the youngster, dubbed 'Warrior Nahyan', began a two-year specialist DFMO trial at the prestigious Levine Hospital in Charlotte, North Carolina, in the US.
