NEW DELHI: As top wrestlers of the country are continuing with their protest against their sidelined federation chief and BJP MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh, the Supreme Court on Friday took note that majority of the national sports federations and many other government departments along with statutory bodies are not implementing Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) Act which was framed a decade back and termed it "disquieting" and a "sorry state of affairs".
