The vocalist featured on Disney's new heart-warming Christmas advert has been 'unmasked' on This Morning as an Encanto star, just as viewers have been left in tears by the new festive ad campaign.
While some brands' Christmas ads have been panned in recent years, Disney have struck a chord with people across the world with their festive campaigns, kicking off in 2020 with From Our Family To Yours, which saw a grandmother looking crestfallen that her children and grandchildren were growing up and not wanting to get involved with her old Christmas traditions, before things came to tear-jerking conclusion as Griff's song Love is a Compas s played in the background.
Heartstrings were pulled on once again last year with The Stepdad and now it's The Gift, which has got viewers reaching for the hankies to dry their tears. The Gift focuses on a young girl called Ella who is getting ready to become a big sister to her mum's new baby, but also feels likes she's being abandoned as her family prepare for a new arrival in the house.

The little one is seen looking dejected and close to tears but, of course, Disney don't let things end on a sad note and, instead the girl hands the baby a Mickey Mouse soft toy and instantly falls in love with the little one. Just like over the past few years, there has been a lot of interest in the song used in the advert and the singer behind it.
Well the song is called A Little More, featuring the vocals of Jessica Darrow. Jessica is best known for being the voice of Luisa Madrigal in hit Disney film Encanto, with her song Surface Pressure, streamed by millions across the globe.
Jessica was unveiled as the Disney ad singer when she joined Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby on This Morning. she told the hosts: "It's a true gift to be voicing The Gift."
Elaborating on the plot of the advert, Jessica explained: "It's actually a story about a young girl called Ella, who's about to become a big sister. It's a video at the end of the three part trilogy that started two years ago.
"And when they asked me to be part of it, it really did feel like the proper fit, me being someone who just played a Disney sister and so now it's fun to be doing this in the light of Christmas."
