The controversy surrounding the mysterious death of Disha Salian, former manager of late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, has reemerged as her father, Satish Salian, has moved the Bombay High Court seeking a fresh investigation.
In his petition, filed on Wednesday, Satish has alleged that his daughter was 'brutally assaulted and murdered', and claimed that her death was followed by a politically motivated 'cover-up'. He has demanded an FIR against Shiv Sena-UBT leader Aaditya Thackeray and a transfer of the case to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
