A Leeds bakery was handed a damning food hygiene rating after it was told to clean up multiple areas all over the establishment.
Food inspectors visited Ali Bakery, in Harehills Lane, and gave it a one star hygiene rating. This is the second lowest possible score, meaning ‘major improvements are necessary’.
The inspector listed 11 areas in the shop which needed cleaning, plus they were disappointed to find there was no food safety management system in place, after they visited on January 31.
