‘Digital economy to contribute US $ 1 trillion ’

VADODARA: Digital economy will contribute US$ 1 trillion in the projected US$ 5 trillion Indian economy. This is what Rajeev Chandrasekhar, union minister of state for electronics and information technology, skill development and entrepreneurship, said here on Tuesday.

The minister is on a two days visit to Gujarat. On Tuesday, he had an interactive session with the youth in Vadodara in a programme organised by the department of education, Gujarat government and M S University at the university’s Deep auditorium.
