Leeds United weren't expecting much from Saturday's game against Manchester City. They put in a valiant performance but were still soundly beaten by the Premier League champions. However, Leeds' biggest loss came in the form of injuries to Stuart Dallas and Liam Cooper.
The Leeds captain was injured in the warm-up, whilst Dallas was stretchered off after a collision with Jack Grealish. Leeds subsequently released a statement on Sunday to reveal that the Northern Irishman had suffered a femoral fracture and would be out for a 'lengthy period'.
Retweeting this news, Diego Llorente sent his message of condolence to Dallas and reiterated the team's togetherness in the final run of games. He wrote:

"At Leeds we always march together and now we will do it more than ever. Be strong, Stuart. We are waiting for you in the field!"
Leeds will now be set to play the rest of their Premier League games without Dallas. He had started every single game since Leeds returned to the top flight last season, following a run where he started every single game of Leeds' Championship title-winning season, apart from one match away at Blackburn.
It is unclear when he will be able to return, although the recovery time for an injury like this can take up to a year. Leeds will surely hope that one of their talismans can return much sooner.
