In a bizarre twist in the mounting lawsuits against Sean Diddy Combs, a woman who accused him of raping her and filming the act, has reportedly reached out to her ex-boyfriend to corroborate her claim.
According to a new report on TMZ, the woman in question reportedly offered to pay her ex-beau $3 million to back her claims. The woman made headlines recently alleging that Combs and his former head of security Joseph Sherman, raped her in 2001 and taped the assault.
The report further added that the woman allegedly asked her ex-boyfriend, who was working for Diddy at the time of the incident, to attest that he has seen the video. In the alleged text messages sent in November 2023, the woman shared her plans to sue Diddy because "he's the one that has the money."
During their chat, the woman apparently offered her ex $3 million to vouch for her story. According to TMZ, the ex-boyfriend claimed that he perceived the message as a bribe and blocked her phone number and on social media. Diddy's lawyers also reportedly have a copy of the same texts.
Meanwhile, Gloria Allred, the lawyer of the alleged rape survivor, said in a statement to TMZ, "It is very common that rich powerful men and their supporters attempt to discredit, shame and humiliate accusers who have the courage to come forward. The complaint speaks for itself. Our client is looking forward to her day in court."
