Diana Ross will soon take to the stage at the Durham Riverside ground on her Thank You tour, as fans are divided on her performance at Glastonbury.
There was great excitement earlier this year when it was confirmed that the music icon would be performing at the famous C hester-le-Street outdoor venue, her first concert in the region for years. The now 78-year-old have fans a taste of what to expect from her Thank You tour when she performed at the recent Platinum Party at the Palace concert for the Queen's Jubilee, before performing to crowds at the likes of Manchester's AO arena, Leeds' First Direct arena and London's renowned O2.
On Sunday, Diana followed in the footsteps of the likes of Dolly Parton and Kylie Minogue by taking to the stage for the Sunday afternoon Legends slot at Glastonbury, but her performance didn't go down well with everyone who watched it live on the BBC. While fans were quick to jump to her defence and argue that the Chain Reaction was fully deserving of the Legends billing, others criticise her vocals and said it was time for her to 'call it a day.'
