NSW Swifts' hopes of returning to the Super Netball summit have received a huge boost with Diamonds defender Matilda Garrett signing for the upcoming season.

The three-time premiership winner has inked a deal with the Sydney-based side, which will see her move from reigning champions Adelaide Thunderbirds.
