When is Diablo 4 Season 12 release date?

Diablo 4 Season 12 begins on March 10, 2026. As mentioned above, it will be a shorter season, lasting just over a month. It should conclude on April 28, 2026, with the launch of the Lord of the Hatred expansion.
What to expect from Diablo 4 Season 12?

Diablo 4 Season 12 brings back Killstreaks from Diablo 3. It’s the new seasonal mechanic that grants XP and seasonal reputation depending on your Killstreak tier. These include Killstreak, Carnage, Devastation, Bloodbath, and Massacre.
Killstreaks also activate affixes on Bloodied Items, which are new seasonal weapons and armor. All Bloodied Items have Killstreak affixes, which come in three categories. These are Rampage, Feast, and Hunger.
There’s also Bloodied Sigils, a new endgame resource that bolster difficulty of Nightmare Dungeons, Infernal Hordes, and Lair Bosses, in exchange for more loot. They become available once you unlock Torment 1 difficulty.
Additionally, every Bloodied Sigil contains the Relentless Butcher affix, which means the boss now haunts you endlessly. Furthermore, this is different from Butcher’s random spawns, so you may end up facing two butchers simultaneously.
According to Blizzard, “Season 12 is designed as a more focused, streamlined season that supports our broader roadmap toward launch of The Lord of Hatred expansion on April 28, while still delivering a fresh, rewarding and fun experience for players.”
