Update: Today's change to Uber Unique drops retroactively makes all of your existing Uber Unique items max-rolled.
When we reported on the change on Monday, it wasn't clear whether it would affect Uber Uniques you've already farmed from Duriel and have sitting in your inventory, but now that the patch is live, that's been confirmed. Per Wowhead, all Uber Uniques you've previously farmed from Duriel will be retroactively updated with perfect rolls, and of course, all future items will be max-rolled as well.
