Diablo 4 boss loot tables for Season 13: Season of Reckoning

Gearing your character up is much easier with a Diablo 4 boss loot table. Each lair boss drops powerful unique items for your character that transform your skills and help you slay your way through the endgame. Below you'll find the complete list of items for each lair boss in Season 13: Season of Reckoning.

All of these bosses have a higher chance of dropping one of the ultra-powerful uber uniques, or mythic uniques, than anything else in the game.

Also note that, while the boss Belial doesn't have a specific loot table, you can choose any other boss loot table when you defeat him and you'll get a guaranteed ancestral unique with one or more greater affixes.

Lair boss hoard requires: 2 Betrayer's Husk

Belial sits at the top of the lair boss ladder. He's easily the toughest fight, so I'd only attempt him once you're comfortable facing the others. However, your hard work will pay off because he can drop some of the best items in the game.

His reward chest requires Betrayer's Husks to open, and those only drop from the lesser version of Belial who can invade you after killing any of the other lair bosses. If you're lucky enough to find those and kill him, his chest lets you choose which other lair boss you want items from. It also has a higher chance at dropping items with greater affixes and mythic uniques.

Season 12 added the Butcher, one of Diablo's most infamous demons, to the game as a new lair boss. You fight him in a furnace of an arena as he lights up sections of the room.

Varshan hasn't left since the Season of the Malignant and will be one of the easier bosses you can fight in as you climb through the early torment tiers. Watch out for his floor attacks and make sure to kill the two monsters he summons or he'll gain a powerful barrier.

Grigoire, the Galvanic Saint is one of the easier bosses you can fight as you climb into the earlier Torment tiers. The trick with this fight is to watch the pylons he summons and try not to run into their deadly lightning arcs.

Diablo 4 The Beast in the Ice loot table

Boss trophy: Distilled Fear

The Beast in the Ice can be a tricky fight if you don't have a way of bursting him down before he leaves you with a group of enemies. He traps you in a small circle with a storm raging on the edges. Dip into the blizzard and you'll take lethal damage. The trick is to stay mobile and take out the monsters as fast as possible before he shows up again.
