The tears and kisses say it all.
Six weeks after being separated after they fled war in Ukraine, this pair of fine old ladies is back together, reunited by kindness, reunited for life.
Tasha a 12-year-old black Labrador - who is 86 in dogs years - is today back with her owner, affectionately known as Granny Violetta, after Russian violence forced their family from their home in Odessa.

Granny Violetta escaped with her most precious belongings, her dog and her handbag but almost 500 miles into the journey it was proving too much for Tasha and Violetta's efforts to carry her came to a tearful end and forcing them to separate in Romania.
The pensioner reluctantly agreed to have Tasha taken in by strangers in Romania in the hope they would fulfill a promise to help reunite them as soon as possible.
And on Sunday afternoon, after six weeks apart, the pair was together again thanks to the help of charity campaigner Debbie Deegan.
Debbie witnessed the reunion as Granny Violetta, who has recently been discharged from hospital, greeted her little Lab, and Debbie admitted everyone was in tears. She said: "It was an extremely emotional moment for Granny Violetta and for Tasha - for all of us."
Tasha has travelled unaccompanied from Romania to England thanks to the help of a pet transport company, given food and water by officials on the way. When she reached England she was met by Co Waterford man John D’Arcy who gave her her first affection for days.
And then they started the last leg of the journey to Granny Violetta and the kisses and hugs they had both undoubtedly missed.
There has been some concern that Tasha, who is considered geriatric in veterinary care terms, may have struggled with the journey and been overwhelmed by meeting her family again.
But as Granny Violetta was helped to the car to see Tasha for the first time in a month and a half, the worries faded away as they snuggled into each other.
Debbie held back tears as she said: "We needn't have worried. Everything is alright."
Debbie closed her charity, To Children With Love on Valentines Day this year after 25 years of working to supply help and post-institutional care to children in orphanages and impoverished communities around Russia.
But her connections across the globe helped her with the unusual job of reunited and elderly lady with her elderly dog.
Debbie explained: “The family had travelled through Ukraine to Moldova. As you can imagine Violetta was quite stressed and by the time they got to Romania they just weren’t able to manage taking Tasha much further, so they gave her to a Romanian family to be looked after. It devastated Violetta. She was broken-hearted. Tasha is her best friend.
“I decided to find Tasha and eventually tracked down the family in Romania who had Tasha. They were were really good people and we arranged for Tasha to travel unaccompanied all the way to England with the help of a pet travel company. We made sure that Tasha’s passport was in date, that she had all her rabies shots and her microchip was in order and they did the rest."
Then Irish dog lover John D’Arcy travelled to England to collect Tasha who reminded him of his own Lab Gertie. The cost of his trip was covered by his friends in Co Waterford and he travelled with a companion by ferry to England on Saturday to collect Tasha and back to Ireland and Violetta on Sunday.
Debbie said: “It has been about kindness and compassion. It has just been extraordinary and deeply emotional to be involved in this reunion and to watch Granny Violetta and Tasha greet each other.”
