One of Scotland's biggest egg farms has ceased trading, it was announced this morning.

Lainshaw Farm Eggs had been involved in the egg business for almost 100 years.

The Stewarton firm supplied many businesses including hotels, hospitals and convenience stores throughout the west of Scotland.
