A devastated mum has paid an emotional tribute to her "beautiful" young daughter after she tragically lost her life.

Little Jasmine Blackburn, aged two, had been diagnosed with severe brain disorders and suffered thousands of seizures.

Her mum Sharron Bonehill raised concern about her tot's health following her birth, Chronicle Live reports.
