The family of an Annan mum killed in a horror crash have slammed the justice system after the driver responsible for her death was jailed for four years and four months.
Diabetic David Day was spotted repeatedly drifting across lanes on the day of the tragedy prompting one concerned motorist to immediately dial 999.
