The Patriots traded N’Keal Harry to the Bears last week, dumping the former first-round pick for a seventh-rounder in 2024. With Harry gone, DeVante Parker wasted no time scooping up his old jersey number.
Parker shared a photo of his locker on Instagram, and the number 1 is next to his name – a clear sign that he’s switched his jersey number from 11 to 1. Parker wore No. 11 with the Dolphins and planned to keep that number in New England, but he’s going to a number he’s never worn before – not even in college when he wore No. 9.

The Patriots acquired Parker in a trade with the Dolphins this offseason, swapping a third-round pick in 2023 for Parker and a 2022 fifth-rounder. They gave up very little for the talented receiver who caught 338 passes for 4,727 yards and 24 touchdowns in seven seasons with the Dolphins.
