Jude Bellingham has agreed a £115million move to Real Madrid - and could shatter the record for the most expensive English footballer of all time.
The 19-year-old midfielder, who joined Dortmund from Birmingham City in July 2020, will join the Spanish giants for 103m euros (£88.5m). But if a set of achievable add-ons are reached, the deal will total 133.9m euros (£115m).
Bellingham, who becomes the world's third-most expensive teenager, will have a medical in the next few days. The Bundesliga's player of the season will also become Real Madrid's second-most expensive signing after Eden Hazard's 115m euro move from Chelsea in 2019.
The Three Lions star was one of England's top performers at last year's World Cup. He will sign a six-year deal after rejecting interest from Manchester United, City, Liverpool, Bayern Munich and Chelsea.
Bellingham has played 42 times for Dortmund this season - scoring 14 goals and providing seven assists. Liverpool withdrew from the race to sign him in April because of the cost involved.
Explaining his and the Reds’ reasoning at the time, boss Jurgen Klopp compared talk of big-money transfers to a “child wanting a Ferrari for Christmas”.

But Bellingham will form the latest piece in a powerful, carefully-assembled, stellar first XI at Real under Carlo Ancelotti with classy France midfielders Aurelien Tchouameni and Eduardo Camavinga alongside him, supplemented by the experience of Luka Modric and Toni Kroos.
On the wings Vinicius Jnr and Rodryo remain two of the rising stars of Brazilian football. And the 14-time Champions League winners are expected to add Spurs striker Harry Kane.
When Bellingham signed for Dortmund for £25m, he became the most expensive 17-year-old in the history of football. But when the Championship side retired his shirt number, despite him playing just one full season of professional football, they were mocked.
Bellingham, however, excelled at Dortmund and in October last year made history by becoming the club's youngest captain aged 19.
