Desperate Scousewives' Amanda Harrington sends message to mums on life after show

Amanda Harrington made her name starring in Desperate Scousewives.

The reality TV show hit our screens in 2011 and was Liverpool's answer to popular programmes such as Made in Chelsea and The Only Way is Essex. The show initially pulled in positive viewing figures, but was cancelled in 2012 after just eight episodes.

Amanda was the most high profile reality star from the series as the former Miss Liverpool had forged a career as a glamour model. However, the 40-year-old has left behind her former career and is now a successful entrepreneur.
