People living in a village in Wales have praised their local beach saying it is so idyllic they want to keep it as a secret.
Backed by a mass of low dunes, Traeth Mawr is far enough from the village of Aberffraw, Anglesey, to ensure it never gets too busy.
The nearest parking spot is a half-mile hike along the tidal Afon Ffraw or an invigorating walk across the dunes.
