Derry Girls viewers were left in awe after Tuesday night's programme, which saw the group undertake a Spice Girls impersonation in a charity fundraising event at Our Lady Immaculate College for Children in Need.
The group also undertook their own challenges to raise money which saw Clare refraining from speaking for 24 hours, Erin reading to the sick children, while Orla decided not to breathe for 24 hours.
People were also impressed as the sexy priest Father Peter made a comeback dawning a new hairstyle, a ponytail.
Another handsome character also made an appearance in the shape of plumber Gabriel, who had everyone drooling, especially Ma Mary.
The hilarity of the episode bowled over viewers as they took to Twitter to express their delight.
One said: "Honestly, that was among the best 30 minutes of television I've seen in my life. Derry Girls doing the Spice Girls. Jenny Joyce as Shakespeare's Sister. Promoting lifelong learning. Literally every line Aunt Sarah uttered. All class".
A second said: "I've just been sat here grinning at it for half an hour! The soundtrack and nostalgia is excellent, and it is ALWAYS LOL-funny."
While a third commented: "Wasn't too sure about last week's #DerryGirls episode but my word @LisaMMcGee its back on song tonight and in more ways than one !!…one of the best shows on TV without question".
Some even said their constant laughing led them to miss other crucial jokes.
They said: "That was another awesome episode of #DerryGirls. So many jokes packed in by @LisaMMcGee. I laughed so much I missed a fair few. I am sad this is the final series, but it is going out in style!"
"Every detail of that episode was on point. I will watch it again tomorrow and I know I will see fantastic things I missed through laughing so much #DerryGirls," a second said.
Referencing the iconic Spice Girls number, another said: "I need full version of that dance btw @Channel4 thanks #DerryGirls ".
