Many representatives within Derry have expressed joy at the re-opening of a vital city centre service.
The Post Office in Bishop Street shut its doors in January 2018 and has been a much-missed service to residents in the city.
However, Derry City and Strabane District Council recently broke the news that the branch is to re-open at a location further down Bishop Street.
