She said: "Solace is a compilation album of music and readings which is directed towards people and their families who are receiving palliative care.
"The aim is to help people with their mental health in difficult times and bring a little peace and calm.
"We found that during times of difficulty and stress, we tend to sing our way out of the difficulties we face and that's why we continue to come together as a choir.
"This is our gift to the community, to thank those who support end of life care and to bring a little bit of Solace at a time of great stress.
"There will be hard copies available on request to anyone who feels they could benefit from listening and we will soon launch our step by step guide to downloading on Bandcamp.
"It is a free CD ( a nominal fee of £1.20 if charged if it is downloaded from Bandcamp.com) which includes songs from The Pink Ladies Choir and readings from contributors including Donall Henderson, CEO of Foyle Hospice and Staff Nurse Helen Foley, Foyle Hospice.
"The album includes “We Carry On” - a song composed by members from The NorthWest Cancer Centre Choir and The Pink Ladies during lockdown."
