'Hog-tied, belittled' in Tas youth centre

Shortly after Brett Robinson arrived at Tasmania's Ashley Youth Detention Centre as a 14-year-old he was slammed to the ground and stripped naked.

"I got down to my boxers and I went to pick my clothes up. He said 'no you need to take your shorts off'," Mr Robinson told a commission of inquiry into child sexual abuse in state public institutions.
