Departing Radio 1 presenter says he 'sacrificed a part of my voice' as a gay man while working at BBC

Radio 1 presenter Dean McCullough has admitted that he “sacrificed his voice” as a gay man to work at the BBC, as he prepares for his final show.

The Northern Irish presenter is one of six beloved presenters to be leaving Radio 1 amid a major shake-up at the station announced in July, with his final early breakfast show taking place on Thursday.
