The 2023 NFL schedule is set to be released on Thursday evening. We already know all of the Denver Broncos’ opponents for the upcoming season, but dates and times for the games will be officially announced tonight.
We will be tracking all of the leaks for the Broncos’ 2023 schedule on this page leading up to the official announcement on Thursday evening.
- Week 1: The Broncos will not play in the season opener (Chiefs-Lions) and Denver’s first game will not be a rematch against Nathaniel Hackett (Jets will play the Bills in Week 1).
- Week 6: Kansas City will host the Broncos on Thursday Night Football, according to DNVR’s Ryan Koenigsberg.
- Week 7: The Broncos will host the Packers on Sunday, Oct. 22 on CBS, according to The Athletic.
- Week 10: The Bills are expected to host the Broncos on Monday Night Football on Nov. 13.
- Week 11: Denver is expected to host the Vikings on Sunday Night Football, according to various leaks.
- Week 12: Denver will not play the Lions on Thanksgiving Day (Detroit will host the Packers that day).
- Week 15: Detroit is expected to host the Broncos three weeks after Thanksgiving.
- Week 16: Denver is expected to host the Patriots on Christmas Eve.
- Week 17: The Broncos are expected to host the Chargers on New Year’s Eve.
- The Broncos will not have an international game in 2023.
In addition to the regular season schedule, Denver’s preseason schedule is also set to be announced. The Broncos will play three exhibition games in August. Last year, Denver played the Minnesota Vikings, Buffalo Bills and Dallas Cowboys in preseason.
The Broncos will aim to bounce back in 2023 under new coach Sean Payton after going 5-12 last year and finishing in last place in the AFC West.
