Denmark is set to introduce a new immigration pathway from January 1, 2027, allowing eligible employers to hire foreign nationals from 16 selected countries, including India, under the Collective Agreement-Based Business Scheme, according to immigration services firm Fragomen.
The new route will be available to Danish employers that meet specific requirements, including being covered by a relevant collective agreement, operating for at least two years and having at least 10 full-time employees in Denmark.
