Denise Welch has torn into Matt Hancock saying the disgraced MP robbed the rest I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! stars from a 'life-changing experience'.
The Loose Woman panellist vented her fury as she talked about how she thinks her co-star and friend Charlene White got on while she was in the jungle.
Denise said she is 'angry' at the experience being taken away from her due to former Health Secretary Hancock going into the show.
Hancock's arrival caused controversy both inside and outside the camp, but Denise says this has also changed contestants' experiences while there.
She says her pal Charlene went on the programme to show the public her fun side, but doesn't think the news anchor was shown in the best light.
Talking the New!, Denise said: "I don't think she's enjoying the experience she was promised. I'm angry about the life-changing experience that has been robbed from her. She's a strong, feisty, opinionated but hysterically funny woman.
"But she's not being given the screen time she deserves to shows the world a side to her they might not see on Loose Women or the news, all because I think every thought of her surrounds, 'How should I be around Matt Hancock?'"
It ruffled some feathers when Hancock arrived, with Charlene not sleeping in the RV with him because she said she needed to remain impartial due to being a journalist.
When he entered the camp, Charlene took him to one side and began asking him questions about how he had handled the pandemic.
Talking about the PPE scandal and how he had an affair, Charlene asked: "Why did you do it? Why are you here?"
After being asked the same thing by his other campmates in the following days, Matt said: "What I'm really looking for is a bit of forgiveness."
Denise said she felt sorry for Charlene and the other campmates for being in that situation.
She said: "I feel sorry for Charlene and the other campmates because I don't think they want to be around Matt Hancock. They despise what he did. But they don't want to be seen by the public as forming a gang against him.
"They're absolutely trapped in a Catch-22 situation."
Fans have been left shocked that Hancock hasn't yet been eliminated.
Fans flocked to Twitter to share their views with one saying: "We need a formal investigation and a public enquiry into the people who are voting for Matt Hancock #ImACeleb."
"Matt Hancock still being in the jungle is a prime example of how the British public can not be trusted with a vote #imaceleb," said another.
I'm A Celebrity airs every night at 9pm on ITV and ITVX.
