Demon Slayer Infinity Castle's streaming release date might have just been leaked – and it's soon

Demon Slayer Infinity Castle.

After breaking records in movie theaters, Demon Slayer Infinity Castle will soon be heading to streaming. The movie's release date was seemingly leaked by Amazon in Canada and it's arriving next month.

According to Canadian publication MobileSyrup, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Infinity Castle was listed as arriving on July 29, 2026 in Crunchyroll's streaming library. The news was confirmed in an Amazon Prime Video press release, which announced that it will be available for subscribers to the additional platform.

Interestingly, this date also links up the home entertainment release of the movie in Japan. There has been no confirmation yet whether this Crunchyroll release date will also be the same internationally as it seems Canada might have jumped the gun on the announcement as it hasn't been announced elsewhere. However, we'd bet that it will be arriving at a similar time on the anime platform for most subscribers.

All in all this means the streaming release is arriving about a year after its theatrical release date. The film was first released in Japan last July before heading to the US in September 2025. It was so popular that it even returned for more screenings in March 2026 as well.

The movie acts as the first part of a three-part film trilogy designed to conclude the Demon Saga anime show. This part covers the beginning of Tanjiro's, the Hashira's, and the Demon Slayer Corps' final battle against Muzan Kibutsuji.
