Gov. J.B. Pritzker declared victory over Republican Darren Bailey, a downstate farmer who secured Trump’s endorsement during the primary campaign. And U.S. Sen. Tammy Duckworth soared to a second term, prevailing over Republican challenger Kathy Salvi.
