"Demand for GeForce RTX GPUs is strong, and memory supply is constrained. We continue to ship all GeForce SKUs and are working closely with our suppliers to maximize memory availability."
The translation was correct, and this statement is the same as what Hardwareluxxe received. So, the 5070 Ti with 12GB does not appear to be discontinued after all.
We've read reports today that Nvidia would be discontinuing the RTX 5070 Ti with 16GB of RAM due to the ongoing RAM crisis. Several other 16GB VRAM GPUs were allegedly also on the shopping block.
However, that may not be true. The initial discontinuation claim was made by the YouTube channel Hardware Unboxed. However, later in the day Nvidia reportedly gave German website Hardwareluxx a statement contradicting the Hardware Unboxed report.

What's going on?
Some have claimed Nvidia is focusing on smaller 8GB and 12GB memory variants of its high-end RTX 50 series models, while only the GeForce RTX 5080 and the GeForce RTX 5090 would feature 16GB and 32GB (respectively).
RAMageddon is squeezing every part of the tech world, from smartphones to laptops and consumer memory. It wouldn't be that surprising if Nvidia had to discontinue a few GPUs to meet demand and guarantee access to memory.
Indeed, Nvidia seems to be trying to find new ways of satisfying customers who can't afford to pay through the nose for high-end GPUs at inflated prices.The company may even bring the RTX 3060 back from the dead, an idea that CEO Jensen Huang didn't dismiss out of hand during a recent interview.
