Delphi murders suspect Richard Allen is calling on the Indiana Supreme Court to intervene in the high-profile case after accusing the judge of leaving the public and the media “in the dark”.

The new civil attorneys for the 51-year-old married father-of-two filed a motion on Monday asking the state’s highest court to step in and demanding that a trove of more than 100 documents be unsealed.
