Couples looking to celebrate Valentine's Day on a budget today will be happy to know that Deliveroo is giving away free food to make the most of your romantic meal.
The food delivery service has teamed up with some of Scotland's most popular restaurants to give complimentary starters and desserts to customers who spend £25 at participating outlets. The offer will last until the end of Tuesday, February 14 and also extends to the Co-Op which is offering dine in deals straight to your door.
Some of the tasty dishes that couples can get on the house include boneless wings worth £8 from TGI Fridays in Edinburgh, veggie spring rolls that usually cost £6.95 from Pho, and a decadent American brownie worth £5.95 from The Dessert Shop in Glasgow.
A spokesperson for Deliveroo said: "With Valentine's Day falling on a cold Tuesday in February, we all know many of our customers will be dining in the comfort of their own home.
"Whether you’re looking to sweeten up a date night with a tasty dessert, impress a loved one with a box of doughnuts, or tuck into some chicken wings as a pre-movie warm-up in front of a movie with your 'palentine', we hope that this gesture from Deliveroo makes it easy for customers to enjoy a great value Valentine’s Day meal from home."
