Bray is getting a delicious Beach BBQ Festival this summer featuring a funfair, demos, games, DJ sets, great food and more.
The Bray Beach BBQ Festival takes place on the weekend of July 16 and 17. The event, which takes place on Bray's seafront for the very first time, will see a slew of food trucks and activations ascend on the County Wicklow town.
For those who enjoy thrilling activities, there will be bumper cars and a variety of games. Meanwhile, stalls will be serving sweet treats such as candy floss.

Over on the Smokin Soul BBQ pit masters demo stage they will be showcasing their top-secrets, tips, techniques and no-holds-barred recipes. Plus at the end, you will get to try scrumptious meats.
For a chance to win Beach BBQ Festival merchandise, there will be special summer games including a hot wings challenge and spin the bottle.
In terms of entertainment, expect plenty of live music as well as DJs spinning top rock anthems and some classic 80s tunes throughout the festival weekend.
The sizzling BBQ fires up from 11am every day. Vendors will serve great food from that time during the festival weekend. Expect things like sausages, burgers, kebabs, wings, veggie dishes and delicious sides.
The event is totally free to attend and no pre-booking is required. Organisers are promising "an amazing family day out and an unforgettable taste experience".
